Xero Approved Purchase Orders

At the moment, when purchase orders are imported from StoreFeeder to Xero they come though as Billed. Whilst his might be helpful to some users, it is not so much for us. Our accounting team have asked if it is possible to have the purchase orders come through as Approved, so that they product values and quantities match that of the invoice we have been sent. They then can turn it into a bill on Xero once all the checks they need to conduct have been completed.

Re add the Huxloe Carrier Option

This was an option previously but didn't work very well so we found another way around. Had it worked it would have been preferential to use this. With recent carrier changes to package specifications etc the Huxloe API would allow us to control some of these things and avoid charges.

Improve and fix Goods In / Transfer Stock To Location

Transferring stock from Goods In to location - we can now pick in cartons but we still can't transfer stock in cartons. Can this be fixed? Could we also ask for a better way to transfer stock from goods in? It would be very handy to have a process which you start and the system then knows you are going to move items from goods in and populates the quantity (should this be different then allow manual changes) as it takes up a lot of time to have to click multiple options regularly when selecting goods in then either scanning the full quanttiy or clicking and typing out the quantity to then press next.

Fix Trolley Required For Picking Issue - If turned on then show add trolley page when start pick wave

Since we have the trolley required feature turned on, it seems unnecessary that we receive a warning every time we start a pick wave (given that we can't move forward without one). Instead, when this feature is turned on can the 'add trolley' page appear immediately to avoid clearing this warning then clicking the three dots and adding a trolley?

Function to mark an order as "Priority" should be available within the page for that order.

Please can consideration be given that the function to mark an order as "Priority" can be done within the page for that order. It is a bit irritating that all other actions can be done from within the specific page for that order, but to mark the order as priority - we have to come out of the order again and find the order again amongst other orders. To make an example, we have a Shopify. I have to add some notes to the order based on an email from the customer (e.g. change courier), and mark it as a priority. I have to go INTO the order to add notes, but COME BACK OUT to mark it as priority. Its an issue which I have been meaning to raise for a while.

Total Pre-Generated Invoices Number on Warehouse Page (Open Pickwaves)

On the Complete Ready to Pick page, you can see the total units picked and the total orders dispatched, but it would be really helpful to be able to toggle the amount of invoices with pre-generated labels too. We find it much easier and quicker to pre-gen the labels (especially for Amazon and Amazon Easy Ship), so having a quick visual check of which pickwaves have already been pre-generated would be useful (instead of either checking on platform, or navigating to the Orders page to see the pre-gen flag next to the order)

Product SKUs & Qty to be added to the Deliveries page

On the Purchase Orders page there is a column for Product SKUs, which you can hover over and see what has been ordered at a glance along with the quantities. However the Deliveries page does not have this feature (both the new style and the old version). This means when viewing the deliveries due to arrive on this page, I cannot visually see or check what stock is going to come in quickly without either clicking into each delivery, or by going back to the Purchase Order page to view the items again.

Sort criteria so orders can flagged if needed

Is it possible to set up a feature where, using a piece of criteria like a postcode, 1st line of address, first name, etc so that if an order comes in that matches that criteria it gets flagged as "attention required" or something like that? We are seeing an increase in fraudulent orders coming in from some platforms like amazon where people have worked out how to use the marketplace to their advantage and gain products for free or claim refunds from the platform. They then continue to exploit the hole in the marketplace for as long as possible, and we end up trying to catch the orders before they get dispatched. But it would be much easier to flag them based on the criteria, and then we choose to mark them as "complete, ready to pick" or cancel them.

Additional feature to new admin granular permissions regarding API Disconnections

In addition to the new 'Admin' features focusing on alerts for when API connections are broken - it would be helpful if reconnecting these marketplaces could be managed by one of our staff members who do not have admin features but they do manage our listings and marketplaces. Therefore, not restricting this feature to admin only.

AI Integration For Listings, Product Descriptions, Titles,

Every marketplace has already integrated AI suggestions & improvements to listings - eBay, TikTok, Amazon. Yet StoreFeeder fall behind while working on V3. Auto-detection on attributes from descriptions, better SEO for titles across different channels would be massively beneficial and time-saving. Instead at the moment we are forced to use third party tools that cost more money to improve these. Let's adopt/adapt before we fall behind.

Read only field of “packing size” for listings export

It would be useful for us if you could add a read only field for "packing size" when we export our Ebay and Amazon listings.

Ebay kills slow selling listings - Storefeeder should fight back!

We have many listings that might not sell for months due to the nature of the items like Wiper blades for a Bedford CF van! But ebay likes to see a sale within 90 days this might not be possible can't Storefeeder relist the item for us, WE currently have to know it has ended on ebay, WE have to go into Storefeeder delete the ebay item number MANUALLY and press SAVE and UPLOAD Why can't Storefeeder do this for us - It's like Storefeeder is a Bedford CF van from the 1980's and not a brand new Hyundai Electric Van!

Flag Products For Stock Take

It would be great if the team could request a stock take. i.e. if someone suspects the stock may be out for any reason it would be useful to have a button which could request a stock take on a product. This could be assigned under tasks to either someone or just sit as an extra feature of stock take requests under stock take.

Re-Apply Shipping rules to orders in Picking Screen

Sometimes, orders will drop into SF and be assigned the wrong shipping method, or at the time assigned a shipping method but when dispatch is about to take place there is a more relevant rule. It would be good to have the option to eithe r individually re run shipping rules against orders in picking, and/or bulk run shipping rules against orders.

The Range

This is the EAP for integration with The Range. This is in Early Access due to listing management being non-standard due to limitations of The Ranges API not having a listing download endpoint. One other point of note is that pricing updates take effect at midnight following an update. This is out of our control. Everything else is standard. Please see the attached document for details on the mapping process.
