Could we have a report the show total order / boxes per order and Items per order per carrier.

I think this is possible to do now. It would export a file that would need a little manipulation, but the data would be on it for you.
If you put in a ticket on the Support system (https://support.storefeeder.com or email support@storefeeder.com and quote "post_01kx0btrrke4fbddym8er17ds2" the support team will be able to point you in the right direction.
