Auto Populate Shopify's 'Cost Per Item' Box From 1st Supplier Cost

To avoid having to manually update Shopify costs within the backend (via a fresh spreadsheet on Storefeeder). Can you auto populate and sync (regularly) the 1st supplier cost price into the relevant 'Cost Per Item' box?
