Do not HOLD orders where there's a pickwave stock issue & other stock exists

Currently, when using the SF app, if the picker can't find the item in location they can use the 3 dots at the top to report a pickwave stock issue. This will try and reallocate stock within the same zone. If it can't find stock within the same zone it will remove the item from the pickwave and put the order on hold. If stock is available in the same warehouse, but not in the same zone, then these orders should not be put on hold - they should just go back to Complete Ready to Pick so they get picked up in the next pickwave (or better still, maybe even put in a pickwave straight away for that zone, but this would happen anyway with the scheduled pickwaves). Only orders which are unfulfillable as there's no stock in the warehouse at all should go on hold as they need attention to contact the customer / refund / cancel etc. In either case, the pickwave location can still be red flagged for a stock take as it is currently as this still needs doing.

Add warning to manually update tracking if TikTok order shipping cancelled/reprocessed

We occasionally come across an issue where we may have a stock problem raised on a TikTok order but have already pre-generated the label, this sends TikTok a tracking confirmation but then we process the order again and a new tracking number is processed. This is not automatically updated so instead it needs manual intervention to get this updated. If a warning pop up could be raised or an email sent to the manager to do this would be helpful to stop TikTok automatically refunding customers.

Limit TikTok Order Despatch To Tracked / Selected Services ONLY

We've had a few instances where staff are adjusting shipping methods (likely if a red error occurs) thinking this will fix the error, however, they have selected non-tracked services at times which is strictly not allowed on TikTok. Is it possible to restrict what services are available for certain marketplaces and / or ensure only tracked services are available for TikTok when despatching - i.e. fail any non tracked services.

Improve and fix Goods In / Transfer Stock To Location

Transferring stock from Goods In to location - we can now pick in cartons but we still can't transfer stock in cartons. Can this be fixed? Could we also ask for a better way to transfer stock from goods in? It would be very handy to have a process which you start and the system then knows you are going to move items from goods in and populates the quantity (should this be different then allow manual changes) as it takes up a lot of time to have to click multiple options regularly when selecting goods in then either scanning the full quanttiy or clicking and typing out the quantity to then press next.

Function to mark an order as "Priority" should be available within the page for that order.

Please can consideration be given that the function to mark an order as "Priority" can be done within the page for that order. It is a bit irritating that all other actions can be done from within the specific page for that order, but to mark the order as priority - we have to come out of the order again and find the order again amongst other orders. To make an example, we have a Shopify. I have to add some notes to the order based on an email from the customer (e.g. change courier), and mark it as a priority. I have to go INTO the order to add notes, but COME BACK OUT to mark it as priority. Its an issue which I have been meaning to raise for a while.

To avoid having to manually update Shopify costs within the backend (via a fresh spreadsheet on Storefeeder). Can you auto populate and sync (regularly) the 1st supplier cost price into the relevant 'Cost Per Item' box?

Users - ID Number

Would it be possible to add a field to Users so we can assign an emplyee ID number ? either that or a way to export some sort of unique identifier to the picker and packer productivity export ? we would like to be able to build a custom report with our power BI that combines this data with our timeclock software. We can then check producttivity agains their actual working time.

Add Option To Remove Order From Pickwave By Picker

We deal with various products with batch codes / dye lots but don't currently log these (although the FIFO feature is available - mainly due to time constraints and it being open to errors when entering dye lot / batch codes). Therefore to help assist with these orders that pickers are unable to fulfil due to insufficient stock of a batch type we would like an option to remove order from pick wave by the picker (and to ideally add a reason or place this in a new pick wave with the reason so that a manager can assess).

Streamline 'Skip Bulk Locations When Allocating' Feature By Creating Pending Transfer At Pickwave Creation

Currently, this despatch feature fails to add orders to a pick wave that have insufficient stock in its pick bin location. To automate this process rather than show an error could the system create a pending transfer pop up at the point of erroring so that the stock can be automatically/prompted to assign this to someone. Having used bulk locations now for around 9 months we noticed our bulk locations were getting out of sync with the actual product locations as people were topping up the locations without using the transfer feature (the system is also asking them to pick from bulk locations creating a bit of a mess where only bulk/cartons should exist) so I thought this solution may stop this and ultimately force the pick bins to be filled up first which would be very helpful.

Magento Product Content & SEO Fields Export/Import Support

I’m genuinely surprised I even need to submit this as a feature request, as I would consider this basic functionality for a product management platform. StoreFeeder should support exporting the main Magento product content fields, including: - Product Title - Product Description - Short Description - Meta Title - Meta Description - Meta Keywords - Other standard Magento SEO/product content fields For merchants managing large catalogues, being able to export this information should really be standard. We should be able to export the data into CSV, review or bulk-edit it, and then import it back into StoreFeeder/Magento. Not being able to export something as basic as a product title, description or short description makes catalogue management, SEO updates, backups and bulk changes unnecessarily difficult. I would have expected this type of functionality to already be available rather than something customers need to request as a new feature.

Increasing Audit Trail Records - Adding in Listing Audit Trail too

We would like to be able to see who created products, what lines were edited and what the previous figures were for certain areas. We noticed the Audit Trail keeps some records but is inconsistent and doesn't keep all records. It would also be handy to see Audit Trails on Listings too.

AI Integration For Listings, Product Descriptions, Titles,

Every marketplace has already integrated AI suggestions & improvements to listings - eBay, TikTok, Amazon. Yet StoreFeeder fall behind while working on V3. Auto-detection on attributes from descriptions, better SEO for titles across different channels would be massively beneficial and time-saving. Instead at the moment we are forced to use third party tools that cost more money to improve these. Let's adopt/adapt before we fall behind.

Total Pre-Generated Invoices Number on Warehouse Page (Open Pickwaves)

On the Complete Ready to Pick page, you can see the total units picked and the total orders dispatched, but it would be really helpful to be able to toggle the amount of invoices with pre-generated labels too. We find it much easier and quicker to pre-gen the labels (especially for Amazon and Amazon Easy Ship), so having a quick visual check of which pickwaves have already been pre-generated would be useful (instead of either checking on platform, or navigating to the Orders page to see the pre-gen flag next to the order)

Allow users to select a range for Sold Last X Days

Allow users the ability to select a date range for sales figures when creating a Purchase Order. Currently, users are restricted to Sold Last 7, 30, 90, 120 and all time. This information, whilst partly beneficial isn't always the most useful range of figures needed when making purchasing decisions. Example 1: A product may be seasonal and therefore hasn't sold in the last 90 days but it's approaching the season for making an initial order. It would be useful to see what the sales figures were in the first (say) 30 days of the season for the year prior. Example 2: For some suppliers, we may wish to hold 14 days worth of stock and at present we need to take an average between the "Sold Last 7 days" and "Sold Last 30 days" in order to "best guess" this figure. Having the ability to see the sales for the last 14 days will allow us to make better decisions for these suppliers.

Orders Page - Display StoreFeeder Product Name

When viewing an order on the 'Orders Page', it currently displays the full Item Title from whichever platform the customer has ordered from, but this often contains keywords and can be quite long. It would be clearer if we could see the StoreFeeder Product Name here instead

Product SKUs & Qty to be added to the Deliveries page

On the Purchase Orders page there is a column for Product SKUs, which you can hover over and see what has been ordered at a glance along with the quantities. However the Deliveries page does not have this feature (both the new style and the old version). This means when viewing the deliveries due to arrive on this page, I cannot visually see or check what stock is going to come in quickly without either clicking into each delivery, or by going back to the Purchase Order page to view the items again.

Having been approached by several Mirakl marketplaces now we were looking into better ways to upload and create our product list on these channels with Mirakl/Decathlon being the most cumbersome right now, Mirakl connect would resolve this allowing for one Mirakl "Hub" to be used to listing to each marketplace and allowing for the product creation to be shared across multiple channels not just the one

Add option to pause pick wave / pause despatching during pick wave

To help with the accuracy on picking/packing reports it would be very handy to have the option to pause a pick wave when picking or during the packing process to allow the figures to not be skewed by people going on lunch, toilet breaks, assisting with other tasks etc. Currently, it seems if someone goes on lunch during a pick wave then this time just builds up incorrectly. There is also no way to reset a pick wave status on the PDA if you accidentally start a pick wave.
