AI Integration For Listings, Product Descriptions, Titles,

Every marketplace has already integrated AI suggestions & improvements to listings - eBay, TikTok, Amazon. Yet StoreFeeder fall behind while working on V3. Auto-detection on attributes from descriptions, better SEO for titles across different channels would be massively beneficial and time-saving. Instead at the moment we are forced to use third party tools that cost more money to improve these. Let's adopt/adapt before we fall behind.

Show Variation Listings Expanded When Searching for a product - or take you to the product you searched for!

When a product is in a variation and you search for it the search result is the variation listing so you then have to click the + to open the variation and then look for that item. Why can it not just return the item you searched for whether it is in a variation or not, or at least auto open the variation and show you the items.

Parameters For Out Of Stock Lines To Prevent Being Added To Every Purchase Order

Currently to avoid ordering lines that we know are out of stock, it would be great if the requisitions could work smarter. For example, if using supplier stock and that is 0 - do not try to order this product again and again daily. Even better, if we know a restock date with our supplier please allow us to enter this and then this product can be 'hidden'/not reordered until the restock date, if this shifts when we reorder we can then just update this. If no supplier stock settings are set for a supplier then have some parameters to follow for reordering timelines. Currently, we have a work around of creating a draft PO which we never post, so that we can upload this CSV to our suppliers website to see what is back in stock and what is out of stock (heavily manual), we then adjust this accordingly and save it as a draft. The items back in stock are removed from the draft PO which then are automatically added to the requisitions.

Est. Remaining Stock Duration - in more places than just the home screen

I love the new feature on the home page which shows Est. Remaining Stock Duration in days. It would be even better if this can be added to the "products" tab / screen so that it can be shown and sorted for all products. It only shows days left for 10 products at the moment.

Bulk Delete Listings from Channel and Storefeeder

Currently there is no easy way to bulk delete listings from Channels when the corresponding products are Archived & Discontinued. On the Listings page you can filter for Discontinued Products, but then have to manually delete each listings from Storefeeder and/or the Channel (Some Channels support deleting listings via Storefeeder, some (Notably Amazon) Do not. I'd like to see a option that lets you remove one or more listings from the Channel & Storefeeder in one go (where supported) when that products is archived (Alternatively, when a product is Archived, automatically delete the listing)

It would be great if we could build and save our own reports rather than just use the baked-in ones. Many of them don't quite do what we need, so the ability create our own would be super useful.

Allow users to select a range for Sold Last X Days

Allow users the ability to select a date range for sales figures when creating a Purchase Order. Currently, users are restricted to Sold Last 7, 30, 90, 120 and all time. This information, whilst partly beneficial isn't always the most useful range of figures needed when making purchasing decisions. Example 1: A product may be seasonal and therefore hasn't sold in the last 90 days but it's approaching the season for making an initial order. It would be useful to see what the sales figures were in the first (say) 30 days of the season for the year prior. Example 2: For some suppliers, we may wish to hold 14 days worth of stock and at present we need to take an average between the "Sold Last 7 days" and "Sold Last 30 days" in order to "best guess" this figure. Having the ability to see the sales for the last 14 days will allow us to make better decisions for these suppliers.

Orders Page - Display StoreFeeder Product Name

When viewing an order on the 'Orders Page', it currently displays the full Item Title from whichever platform the customer has ordered from, but this often contains keywords and can be quite long. It would be clearer if we could see the StoreFeeder Product Name here instead

Display the channel order number on postage labels

Why can't it display the channel order number on Royal Mail postage labels instead of just the storefeeder customer number? We receive orders from multiple platforms and this would help us to identify the platform when posting orders. This is currently available on click & drop which is a Royal Mail service.

Update Royal Mail orders with real-time tracking

Add a feature to allow additional Royal Mail parcel statuses to be pushed through to channels. At the moment, Storefeeder will tell Shopify when the order has been despatched, at which point the delivery status changes to "Tracking added" however this is never further updated to show the progress of the order which would allow better communication with the end user.

Add "SKU" into Rule Builders

I think it would be really beneficial to be able to add a SKU into a shipping rule. At the moment, we have to use "Hazardous Product" tick box to get some rules specific to certain products. They are not Hazardous, but it's the only way so far. If we can select a SKU and create a specific shipping rule for that 1 product or more, that would be cool.

PDA App login by Pin number

PDA's have a little screen and often little keyboards and logging in with email address and hopefully a long complicated password is not the easiest and often leads to mistypes or worse saved passwords. Use of a 4 or 6 digit pin number to login would make the process simpler and less likely to resort to system saved PW's and ID's. Also help stop users using others ID's when they are saved.

Ability to drag and drop product variations into different sort order

Sometimes we get a Small, Medium only in a specific colour and we get the Large or XLarge at a later date. It would be great to have a feature where we can drag variations into a different sort order. This way we can keep all the sizes and colours together, this makes it so much easier when updating stock, rather than looking through everything being jumbled up.

When certain orders meet a criteria then actions are taken. Example: a customer spends over £20, a free item is added onto their order. A customer chooses priority shipping, a certain packaging type is selected. A customer buys a new product which is running a promotion that a free gift will be included.

Can you add a button for 'Stock Discrepancies' and 'Stock in unknown locations' on the Tasks section of the app? When a stock discrepancy is raised, it's very manual and outdated how to check these. The items need a stock take to fix then have to manually release the order from 'On Hold' status. Could this work by adding the product to a task to stock take (you then know where the location is) > then once stock taked > release any orders from 'On Hold' automatically that can be fulfilled/located. Any that can't be can remain 'On Hold' Could there also be a similar button on the same page to fix stock in unknown locations as currently this is very messy when using pre-despatched - awaiting stock order statuses. There is no quick way to check these without manually pulling off reports and going through the pre despatched which are located correctly.

Notes section within each Supplier

A free text "Notes" section within each supplier. It would allow me to enter data such as: -Delivery free if orders over £XX (and list delivery costs for orders below this value) -send POs via email -place orders on XXX (web address) Some of my suppliers have multiple ordering platforms and which I have to use, depends on the brand I'm ordering...it would be really handy to have a notes section so I can list these details.

Merge Orders from Different Sales Channels

We should be able to choose how we want to merge the orders. Currently, Store Feeder says "The orders must also be from the Same channel Use the same shipping method Have the same order status Maybe there can be a toggle that we can switch on/off. For example; We want the system to merge orders from different sales channels. Or from different shipping methods. It is not possible at the moment.

Ability to Exclude Order Channels from 30/60/90 day Sales Figures

Hello, we use certain order channels to hold, move or donate stock. However, these figures are all contributing to our 30/60/90 day global sales figures. Our buying team then buy more of these items as it looks to them as if they are high sellers when in reality we are simply giving this stock away. Please could we exclude certain channels from these figures as effectively they are not sales.
