Amazon Listings - Put Automatic Shipping Template Mapping Back

The automatic mapping for the shipping templates has been removed when creating Amazon listings.

You used to be able to choose a default and then change it if needed. Amazon is by far the most laborious listing process and it is now another field that has to be selected manually.

Perhaps, rather than remove it entirely, it could be selected based on accounts.
