Printable 6x4 label with gift message from Shopify

We want to be able to print off a gift message for Shopify orders on a 6x4 label to stick to a branded card and add to customer orders. We currently print customer invoices with 6x4 shipping labels in the bottom left, could we have a second customer invoice that prints off with the gift message in the 6x4 label area?
