Streamline 'Skip Bulk Locations When Allocating' Feature By Creating Pending Transfer At Pickwave Creation

Currently, this despatch feature fails to add orders to a pick wave that have insufficient stock in its pick bin location. To automate this process rather than show an error could the system create a pending transfer pop up at the point of erroring so that the stock can be automatically/prompted to assign this to someone.

Having used bulk locations now for around 9 months we noticed our bulk locations were getting out of sync with the actual product locations as people were topping up the locations without using the transfer feature (the system is also asking them to pick from bulk locations creating a bit of a mess where only bulk/cartons should exist) so I thought this solution may stop this and ultimately force the pick bins to be filled up first which would be very helpful.
