Limit TikTok Order Despatch To Tracked / Selected Services ONLY

We've had a few instances where staff are adjusting shipping methods (likely if a red error occurs) thinking this will fix the error, however, they have selected non-tracked services at times which is strictly not allowed on TikTok.

Is it possible to restrict what services are available for certain marketplaces and / or ensure only tracked services are available for TikTok when despatching - i.e. fail any non tracked services.
