Display the channel order number on postage labels

Why can't it display the channel order number on Royal Mail postage labels instead of just the storefeeder customer number? We receive orders from multiple platforms and this would help us to identify the platform when posting orders. This is currently available on click & drop which is a Royal Mail service.

Add "SKU" into Rule Builders

I think it would be really beneficial to be able to add a SKU into a shipping rule. At the moment, we have to use "Hazardous Product" tick box to get some rules specific to certain products. They are not Hazardous, but it's the only way so far. If we can select a SKU and create a specific shipping rule for that 1 product or more, that would be cool.

Include cut off times to the Ship By Date feature

Amazon currently pulls through a Ship By date for all orders. It knows that our cut off point is 3pm, so any orders placed before then will be shown to ship today, and any orders after are shown to ship tomorrow. It also takes into account our weekend opening times and bank holidays too. Whilst the new Ship By date on StoreFeeder is useful, I think it needs to be filtered by time and day of the week too in order to provide accurate Ship By dates as we currently cannot use it. It would be good if we could either provide company wide opening hours that it would use to calculate the Ship By date, or to be able to go into each integration channel to enter this time and day data on each platform (some may be different)

Shipping rules to include dimensions

It would be great to overhaul the shipping rule system. Firstly the rule engine to be more powerful to allow extra filters such as volume and product dimensions. Also to allows to be switched on and off based on time. An example being a rule to allow priority orders to be assigned to a specific shipping method upto a certain time and then switch to another after the time to allow for courier collection times.

TikTok Shipping Services

With effect from 15th July, TikTok are implementing a 50p surcharge on each order with the shipping processed outside of TikTok Shipping. Would it be possible for SF to implement shipping via TikTok Shipping on the SF platform? Thank you

Improved Packaging Sizes

I would like more granular control over the packaging sizes. We use a whole range of packaging from polythene mailing bags, bubble bags to double-wall cardboard boxes. That said, not all these packaging materials are suitable for all items. An idea to achieve this could be packaging groups. These groups are their own list of packaging sizes which can be assigned to a product to restrict the packaging size progression to a set of packaging materials. This way when multiples of an item are ordered we can choose the exact packaging sizes it must follow. For example, we can restrict a product to only move up in sizes of boxes and another product to only move up in sizes of bubble lined bags. In the instance of a multi-line order where there are conflicting or more than one packaging size which matches, then an option to prioritize a packaging group should be available. An alternate way to achieve the above would be being able to enable or disable a packaging size for each product. This way I can disable the packaging sizes for mailing bags on items I only want to go up in size of boxes. Bag1 (Size 1) - Disabled Box1 (Size 1) - Enabled Bag2 (Size 2) - Disabled Box2 (Size 2) - Enabled In the event of a multi-line order if both products have a matching packaging size enabled that fits it just works. If not then the selected priority would be selected.

Being able to split kit components into multiple orders

I sell a lot of kits which are made up of multiple components. For example a boat cleaning kit, with 10 items weighing 7kg. Or 4 items weighing 2.5kg. To send this via Royal Mail internationally I need to split some components into a new order. The system doesn't currently allow this though because it's a kit. This means I have to manually delete each item of the order, and then manually add each item back onto the order and allocate the correct price to it. It's really slow and faffy not being able to use the "split into new order" function for kits. Thanks!

Packing Box Code and Tape Dispenser Code Integration

We would greatly appreciate the addition of a new product field specifically for the packing box code. This feature would enable us to quickly identify the recommended box for each product, streamlining the packing process. Additionally, we are planning to incorporate electric tape dispensers into our workflow. A similar product field for the tape length, corresponding to the dispenser settings, would be highly beneficial.

Scan a case barcode for despatch.

I sell lots of items which come in case packs (6, 12, 18 units per case). Because I also sell the items in singles I have to have a single product which means the only way to despatch cases at the moment is to enter the quantity in the case before scanning the case or single product barcode. It would be so much better if a case barcode can be entered, and that Store Feeder knows the case barcode is for the 6, 12 or 18 units mentioned above. Does anyone else have a solution to despatching cases by scanning them? It slows down despatch having to enter a number before a case is scanned for despatch.

Saved Filters Show How Many Orders Fall In To That Filter

Can the number of orders for each filter be shown next to each filter within the picking section? I.E. A filter called "1 Item Large Letter 48" would show as "1 Item Large Letter 48 (22)" if 22 orders fall within that filter? This would save checking through filters which have 0 orders within them.

Tags and Attention Messages in Shipping Rules

To improve the efficiency and clarity of our packing process, we propose an enhancement to the shipping rules within StoreFeeder. This feature would allow for the automatic assignment of custom tags and the insertion of "Attention Required Messages" to orders, particularly benefiting our unbranded boxing service. Our service includes an option for customers to choose unbranded boxing as their shipping method. This choice is crucial for ensuring the correct packaging process is followed. However, once orders are imported into StoreFeeder, the visibility of this option is lost, leading to confusion among packers. Proposed Solution: 1) Custom Tag Assignment: Enable shipping rules to automatically assign a predefined tag to orders based on specific criteria, such as the shipping method selected by the customer. For our use case, a tag like "Unbranded Box" could be applied to orders where the customer has chosen this option. 2) Attention Required Message Insertion: Alongside tag assignment, we suggest the ability to insert custom "Attention Required" messages into the order details. This message would highlight any special instructions or reminders relevant to the order, ensuring packers are immediately aware of the specific requirements.

Dispatch By Tote

I would like to see the option to despatch by tote added where a single order is scanned into a tote by the picker and the packer scans the tote to dispatch instead of scanning the products. 90% of our products do not come barcoded as they're not retail items and barcoding these items manually is not an option due to volume. Being able to scan a pick location to pick the products into a tote and then scan the tote to dispatch would allow us to fully utilize the SF app.

Option to print an additional unpaid returns label when dispatching orders using scan & despatch

For a lot of order returns, our customers must arrange & pay for return postage. To make the process a little easier for them, and to make sure they use the correct address, we'd like to be able to print off a third label for all orders at the point of dispatch, which has our return address on it, and also the customer order number (so we can identify the customer who has made the return if there is no note in with their return.). They can then attach this label to their package when returning it.

Default picker

It would be handy if there could be a default picker setting, this would speed up creating pickwaves as it takes away the step of selecting a picker everytime an order is despatched. Or perhaps it could have the last picker as the selected picker for the next batch of pickwaves? That way it only needs to be changed / clicked if the picker changes.

Show Notes Only For Certain Pickers

It would be really handy to be able to show notes for certain pickers. For example a new picker with no experience may need reminding how to pack a certain product. Something that an experienced picker would know and not need to be told everytime they pack a specific item. At the moment barcode despatched notes are either shown for everyone, or no one - there is no inbetween which means experienced users need to clear every message.

Automatic Saving of Weight, HS Code, Box Code, and Tape Size

An option to automatically save the weight, HS code, box code, and tape size for each order during the packing process would be extremely valuable. This would eliminate the need for manual entry every time we receive new products, thereby saving time.

HS codes for kits.

I sell a lot of 'kits' on Shopify. In StoreFeeder, these kits have component products set against them for stock take purposes. However, when I ship a kit the CN22/23 lists every component rather than just the kit. I have HS codes from HMRC for these kits so don't need each product listed, which can be very lengthy and also cost my customer more. Please consider the ability to use a kit HS code.

Shipping Costs for Reporting

At present we do not have a way to calculate the cost price that it costs us as a business when running reports to see order x, item cost price x and shipping cost price x = profit. That way we can analyse on how much we make per order based on the services we have used.
