Allow printing of integrated invoices without despatching on channel
Currently the only way to print integrated invoices with Royal Mail labels is to despatch the pickwave which in turn issues a despatch notification to the channels. The problem we face is that we use the invoices for picking, and finding an item is out of stock or damaged (when picking) means we have to cancel/refund the order on channel post-despatch which annoys customers. Cancelling the order before it is marked as despatched is far preferable. We've tried using picking lists to alleviate the issue but our staff don't like them and prefer to pick via invoices. I would suggest either: - Generate labels when clicking 'Print invoices' on the pickwave screen, so we can print integrated invoices without despatching the pickwave. - Or an option to only send despatch notifications to the channels during manifesting, rather than during pickwave despatch.

Hi, This should actually already be possible. If you put the orders into a pickwave, and then go into the pickwave (you can do this by pressing the pickwave number). You'll get a list of your orders in the pickwave appear and you can select the orders here (you can select them all at once by ticking the top tick box) and then above the orders there's a drop down list and from here you can press "print invoices". This should print the invoices regardless of the despatch status and label! Thanks, The Storefeeder Team
