Import eBay Postage Tables

Now that Royal Mail is charging such varying amounts for different overseas destinations, it would be great to be able to import/export the eBay postage rate tables that are set up within the integration, rather than having to manually set up or change them there. It would also be good if these tables could be changed and then the rate updated on all products (perhaps by pressing a button), rather than having to export all eBay listings to a document and update this way.
