Default Due Date for Purchase Orders with Option to Use Supplier Lead Time

We want to start using the Due Date for Purchase Orders more, and since we do not receive deliveries on Christmas Day for example. It would be helpful to have an option to set the Due Date to be a default date, e.g. 25th December 2026.

Then as deliveries are booked in, the due date can be changed.

There could also be the option either on the supplier page or each purchase order, to select whether the supplier lead time is used or the default due date is used.

Lead times are great in theory, but at the moment, we have no more than 10 suppliers, out of the 50+ we use, that deliver consistently to us.
