Schedule/Blanket Purchase Orders

I have come from large manufacturing companies and came here to help the business. to ensure we do not run out of stock and be pro-active , I want to place a scheduled PO to our suppliers, i.e 2000 in August , 2000 in October and 2000 in December ,, but I can place the dates on the each purchase line to show this . this needs to be an option for our company to fulfil customer orders. Also a usage report would be helpful , i.e. showing, item number, last years usage and also per month for the year we are in . Cost is helpful to on this page .
