Users - ID Number

Would it be possible to add a field to Users so we can assign an emplyee ID number ? either that or a way to export some sort of unique identifier to the picker and packer productivity export ? we would like to be able to build a custom report with our power BI that combines this data with our timeclock software. We can then check producttivity agains their actual working time.
