Looking at white screens is very tiring to the eyes, especially when your job requires you to be looking at a computer screen most of the day. It would be great if StoreFeeder had a dark mode, something that is being added by default to most applications these days.

Multi-Locations - Add size of pick bin to the options on locations

It would be great to add a feature on pick bins / locations to assign an approximate size, just like zones or levels. Having the ability to give pick bins a small / medium / large / pallet size would be great to assign new products to certain areas based on their size. We could create zones for this but this would remove the option to use zones correctly.

Add prompt for incorrect password entry and number of entries left before locking account

We have a few staff members that occasionally put in their password incorrectly several times on our scanners (especially new members) and they then lock themselves out. It would be great if you could add a prompt to show the number of attempts made/left being locking the account and prompting once the account is locked. Otherwise staff keep trying their correct passwords and they do not work once locked.

Reordering the search bar results show 'newest to oldest'

The search bar is great for finding results quickly, however when I search for customer names it displays the oldest order at the top first. When the customer has a lot of orders, I always have to click into 'View All' on the orders to take me to the order page, in order to see the most recent order. It would be helpful if the results could be reordered with the most recent order at the top, as this is usually the result I am looking for (for example if customers call up asking about an order they placed, it would speed up the process).

Bring picker productivity back

Hi, it would be nice to have the picker productivity report working for non PDA users. It seems since you have launched the PDA app the picker productivity report only shows our PDA user (which does not pick, only does deliveries)

Importing Shopify Fraud Analysis - Allow Rules To Set Against These

Shopify's API provides a fraud end point for Storefeeder to pull through, this would be great if Storefeeder could add this as a feature so that we could see any fraud warnings on Storefeeder before sending orders. Ideally set up rules to prevent these being processed automatically and require a manual intervention. Mostly important for higher ticket items/sellers but we've just lost £420 to a chargeback which would have only been spotted had we checked each and every order Shopify pulls through.

Introduce Mac Address Restriction

Introduce Mac Address Restriction. As a company we can not ask staff without a company phone to use 2FA. We have staff members who work remotely, whether that be out on site or shows. Even there we can not rely on IP Address restriction, if the server goes down.

Allow different emails to be used in email settings

Currently we are restricted to using a single 'from' email when setting up email templates in SF. The same email is also used for sending purchase orders. It would be useful if we could choose which 'from' email is used for sending purchase orders so that when our suppliers reply to us it doesn't go to the wrong inbox. Currently we use a customer support email for our order emails / templates and replies to these emails go to our customer support team. I don't want replies from my suppliers regarding purchase orders being sent to the same team. It may also be useful to allow us to select different emails per channel.

Xero Draft Invoice

Hi This is a feature request, it would be good if it was possible to send the order to zero as a draft, or to send individually by request, my issue is that we have to apply discounts, shipping etc and check the prices. Currently it's a long copy and paste process. Thanks
