Feedback solicitation feature (like feedback 5) built into storefeeder
It would be great to have the ability to email customers automatically after X days of the order being dispatched to ask for product and or seller feedback. There are companies that offer this but i feel they are quite expensive for what they do (send emails), one of the leading ones is feedback 5 (http://www.feedbackfive.com) Asking for feedback and product reviews is particularly relevant on Amazon and tends to improve revenues when a product has good reviews. You have to write your email template to be within the rules of Amazon but you are allowed to ask for product reviews etc in the right way, do not give incentives etc and you are fine. Feedback would need to be sent at the right time for each order, based on the sales channel, shipping service and destination country, so that we do not ask for feedback before the customer has even received the order. We could create an email template using storefeeders existing email template creator but would need to be able to do the following. For Amazon it would need: A link with the ASIN of the item ordered e.g: http://www.amazon.co.uk/review/create-review/?ie=UTF8&asin=B00K4VQZCM It would also include the product ASIN page link and order number. Amazon order ID: 026-1239875-0603536 Amazon item page: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00K4VQZCM For other channels these elements would be different, so we would make a few different templates and then in the settings map a template for each selling channel. Thanks Kieran

Hi Sam, I find all of xSellco's products very expensive to be honest. e.g. Fusion £130-200 for our size business vs £25 per month for reply manager (which they now own), i cannot justify an increase of £100-170 per month, its just fancy ticket system at the foundations, i know it has nice features but i cannot find the benefits of spending at least £100 more per month. In fairness their high5 product seems better priced than fusion as it is fixed with much higher email allowances. Considering high five is basically just a scheduled email for high5 i cannot see why it cannot be done in store feeder for free, hence feature request. Kieran
Hi Keran, have you used xSellco High5 it is very well priced and with Fusion add on it is amazing? Thanks, Sam

Hi Kieran, I know this isn't really what you asked for but we did work with xsellco to get to integrate with storefeeder to provide this for our customers. Thank you, The Storefeeder Team
