Dedicated Returns Page/Portal
This would be great as staff would not need permission access to the orders page as such. The only page they would need would be this. This being a user permission would make it perfect for just staff doing returns. This woudl need however the integration of doing refunds on StoreFeeder to make it fully work. Basically it would consist of 3 or 4 pages however one at a time such as: Page 1 - Submit Order ID: Or find order etc Page 2 - select either Return/Exchange etc and add it to stock yes/no. etc page 3 - Complete the refund or exchange page 3a- If exchange - choose product etc and complete the exchange Thanks, Sam

Hi Sam, We added a new returns page a few months back. (Though I think you're using this page already) Any customers looking for this page will likely need to go to Settings -> Company -> Users and then find their user and grant themselves access to the page as it's not been given to every user by default. The page appears underneath "Warehouse" in the drop downs. If you want staff to only be able to do returns you can limit their access to just this page as well. Thank you, The Storefeeder Team
