Ability to pre-despatch held orders

Currently we can only pre-despatch pending, complete or assigned orders. Often we have orders on hold awaiting a delivery. We would like to pre-despatch these orders, so we have to un-hold each one, pre-despatch, then re-hold. Awkward to say the least.
