Recording All Payment Transactions
Currently, we are unable to record payment methods for phone orders or shop orders. If a customer wants to place a deposit, there is no way to record this on Storefeeder. We then have to place the order "On Hold", then print off the order manually and staple sheets of paper with transaction numbers and details to each order. We then place into a big file and search through it each time a customer wants to make a payment. We want to move to more of an electronic system where it can minimise mistakes. Is this possible please? Thanks!

Hi Jay, you can already do this for MOTO orders by adding an offline payment. You just need to enter the partial amount to pay (Cash received is to work out change required) this will then put a transaction into StoreFeeder which you can see in the transactions tab on the order and then it puts the order into "Awaiting Payment" automatically with the remaining balance to pay.
