Make 'Exchanged' an Order Status after exchanging + Link to New Order
Currently when looking up an order via the orders screen, you see the status 'Returned' whether the order has been refunded or exchanged. I think it would be useful to show the order as 'Exchanged' if this is the case. The user then knows they have to search for a different order if the item is again returned! What would be a further help is if there was a link that would click you through to the new order that was created.

Hi Robert, We aren't going to add any new order statuses at this point but the links between the 2 orders is already in. In the "child" order the is a link to the parent order. In the original order there is a "view exchange" link on the order line to the new order. Kind Regards, StoreFeeder Support
