The ability to filter by note content

It would be beneficial if there was a tab where we could type and filter by note field. Where we currently only see an image showing whether or not there is a note on the order. For example, "Item returned as arrived damaged" We could filter by SKU and damaged in the note, and see how many of that product are getting damaged in transit and maybe reassess packaging.
