Post code alert
Would be good to have an option to add an alert for specified postal codes. For example if the order has post code AB or FK or GY it will appear in red or has some note etc. For example in Ebay some of Scotland is under standard shipping rate but Fedex charges extra for this area. Probably some other curriers do as well. This alert would notify that I have to charge extra for this order etc. I hope that makes sense.

You could sort of do this using shipping zones and shipping rules, and just assign ones to be questioned under the "default" shipping service (or any specific one of your chooising) so you know to look at them.
