Order flags for certain shipping methods

The idea is to have flags attach automatically to orders which match a certain shipping method. For example : ebay orders with an upgraded delivery method i.e. Royal Mail 24, or an Amazon order with a next day upgrade. These orders can easily be overlooked at the moment and a flag would bring the order to attention.
