Create order rules
When certain orders meet a criteria then actions are taken. Example: a customer spends over £20, a free item is added onto their order. A customer chooses priority shipping, a certain packaging type is selected. A customer buys a new product which is running a promotion that a free gift will be included.

Order rules would be helpful. It may also be useful for us to have something like the following too:
When a customer orders X product, add an order tag '123' (this makes it easier to filter on the Complete Ready to Pick page for example)
When a customer orders over £XX, add a Priority Tag
Add a 'Repeat Customer' tag on new repeat orders
This idea is already being planned on as part of our "business rules" project. No ETA yet though!
