Picker reporting on how long after starting a pickwave it takes them to complete. i.e. how many seconds it takes to pick an item
It would be good to have more reporting on the picker report. At the moment it tells us times from when the pickwave is assigned. As our pickers have other jobs as well, it would be good to be able to get an idea of what pickers are fastest once their pickwaves are started. i.e. being able to work out how long it takes them to do an individual pickwave and therefore the seconds per item it takes to pick a product and the average seconds/item

Unfortunately this report does not show number of items picked and only collates information by number of orders (which when people purchase multiple items does not give an accurate figure for picker productivity like number of items would.)
Team·almost 8 years agoHi, We have a report which shows this data here: https://my.storefeeder.com/ReportsV2/Orders/PickerProductivity.aspx The report can be found under Reports -> Orders -> Picker Productivity The only way you'd be able to truly accurate numbers for this though would be to use the storefeeder mobile app as that logs when items are scanned as you're picking. The app is only available to enterprise clients at the moment however. Thank you, The Storefeeder Team
