When we had this issue we spoke to someone at storefeeder and were told it was due to firefox security. We can copy/paste in chrome just fine. We found a way to make it work, but you have to be careful because you could unknowingly copy/paste a virus from another site so only change the option if you are comfortable with the risk. If you type "about:config" in your URL and search, then accept the warning popup, then search for "dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled" and set it to false, then just restart firefox and Bob's your uncle.
If you do it in the HTML part works fine, then space it out "<br>", plus side of this is the code is 100% clean or Amazon etc etc.
I've raised this with the support staff so many times via ticket and received nothing but lip service.

Hi, As Holly as suggested below, it is possible to adjust your firefox settings to get this to work. The storefeeder team cannot recommend you do this though as there is a reason firefox put this in place. The reason you cannot copy and paste is due to the type of textbox, the textboxes with editors on are know as rich text boxes and the problem is if you copy from them you copy code behind them without seeing what it is and if you copy code into them it executes would could cause you to copy and paste a virus. The only way we could 'fix' it is by removing the editor completely and just leaving the html box so you would have to write all the html manually. Thank you, The Storefeeder Team
