Expiry date and batch number tracking functionality

Capability to assign batch numbers and expiry dates to stock and manage inventory on First Expires First Out principle. Batch numbers and expiry dates would then be recorded against shipped orders to provide traceability.

I did find the article and have opened a support ticket. As, despite being on Multi-stock Locations, the toggle described at the beginning of the article you shared, is not showing for us.

We require batch number and expiry date as well. Entering batch number under the Serial Number field on dispatch can lead to manual entry errors and it also takes a lot of time for orders with many different items. Traceability reports are also an important requirement. If there is a complaint from a customer regarding an item, we should be able to see what batch has been sent and also to find which other customers have been sent items from that batch.
