eBay - Item Specifcs Syncronise
Hi, The scenario being - we create all products on eBay, then import them over to SF and create them. This being all the Item Specifics do not auto match on the eBay listings page at all. Due to this Sellers potentially miss out of customers and sales if this could be done sellers could add custom Item Specifics other than mandatory Specifics such as Style, Main Colour etc. As going on each listing and selecting "add new item specific" takes a lot of time and also means merchants can add new and more relevant ones such as being 'Waterproof', or for us a handy one would be used for safety boots we use 'safety Rating', ‘Safety types’ etc. which people need to know and they simply like looking at the eBay item Specifics instead of the actual description. the actual Sync button would have to be under Integration > eBay Channel > Item Specifics and then a Sync button at the top right to sync all of them. Hi Sam, I'm not sure if you are aware but it is possible to syncronise your item specifics to storefeeder, we will sync everything about the listings and not just the the item specifics though. If you would like this doing please contact the storefeeder team and we can get this done for you. (It is only something an internal user can do though) We have some work on custom product attributes in storefeeder as well so if you create listings through storefeeder there is a way to set up item specifics quite quickly in storefeeder so again if that's of interested please contact support for this as it's not the easiest thing to setup!
