Magento upgrades variant ID'S

Can the Magento integration be updated so that once a product is created the variant product ID's are present. Variant ID's act the same as ASIN's and updates to variants have to be made via the product ID. This means once a product is created using storefeeder any title, sku or other variant specific updates have to be amended directly in Magento.
