Import Product Metafield data from Shopify

Many of our products are utilising product metafields in Shopify (e.g. electrical equipment with lots of detailed specification) We need this data to be imported from Shopify to Storefeeder and also have the ability to export to other Shopify shops We would like Storefeeder to be one centralised product database (a single version of the truth) for our products, but it's not capable of this currently

Create an export image URL token for customisation images.

When a customer uploads their image for a custom design on amazon it is impossible to also download the image URL from StoreFeeder. This leads to a long and tedious process of going into amazon and downloading the image manually.

Add "Storefeeder Product URL" to product export

So we can create a clickable link to the Storefeeder product page in spreadsheets. Alternatively, export ProductGUID so we can construct the URL ourselves.

Bulk Inventory Update and Product Import - automap / closest match relevant fields

Automap or seek the closest match for the header rows when uploading via bulk inventory update or product import/export. The same functionality exists in CSV Order Import - you click a button to automatically map any matching headers. You still have to confirm that you want to map those headers before starting the CSV order import, and would envisage the same thing here. For example, in a bulk inventory update, I might have a file with three columns: SKU Name Inventory SF requires SKU and Inventory to do a Bulk Inventory Update. Therefore, the system would select those two fields and map automatically, before I confirm that those are the headers I wish to map, and then proceed. This would be a quality-of-life improvement and a small time saving.

BigCommerce - Add "Free Shipping" to listing import/export

The BigCommerce "Free Shipping" product setting can be changed manually on the listing page on StoreFeeder, but unfortunately it is not available in the listing import/export tool. Please consider adding this to the import/export tool so we can update this setting in bulk.

Custom attributes generated from a combination of other custom attributes

We have to manage a lot of custom attributes individually on our products, and for various processes in the company we have to export many of these together. Although we have product export templates, often we just need to look at all of the information from 7 or 8 of these custom attributes together. Pricing profiles use "tokens" which combine together in formulas to calculate a price. Can we have a similar tool for custom attributes, where we can set a selection of custom attributes which will be joined together and delimited by | or , and are then exportable as a text field. E.g. product 1 has fields which contain 1, Price at RRP, Custom price, Discount from supplier. This new custom field would present 1|Price at RRP|Custom price|Discount from supplier in a single column

"Time of first action" export/report

Add the ability to export the "time of first action" for picking and packing data for all staff who worked across a time period. Adding this onto the picker and packer productivity reports as an additional column would be great.

Country of Origin

Could the country of Origin be stored in proper and not capitals? Amazon require it that format and even with us uploading them in proper “Germany” they come out in capitals in the export “GERMANY”.

Adjustment to Images

When you click URL’s for images it gives you all the images you have uploaded in one field with a “space | space” between each image. Would it be possible to have each image in a separate tab? This would make it easier to import into 3rd party platforms like Amazon.

Option to export order information in .csv or .txt formats

We would like the option to export order information from StoreFeeder in either .csv or .txt formats, rather than the default Excel (.xlsx) format. The Excel version can apply unnecessary formatting to certain fields, which can cause issues when processing through our back office systems. An example would be Scottish flat addresses where customers enter the numbers as "19/4", and then Excel defaults this into a date format. .csv or .txt file formats would not add any unnecessary formatting and preserve the original order data.
